Cancellation & No-Show Policy

We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary. In order to be fair to all clients and our team, we respectfully request:

24-Hour Notice for all cancellations or appointment changes.

If you miss your appointment or cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, a 50% fee of the scheduled service will be charged. This fee must be paid before rebooking another appointment.
